Both former police officers we have a combined 55 years of specialist driving experience and are both Advanced Police Driver certified meaning you will always be in safe hands and can guarantee your safety and confidentiality is our priority at all times.

How our driver only chauffeur service works

The commencement of hire is from the point our chauffeur commences their journey to your destination (either by car, bus, train or aeroplane) and concludes at the point the chauffeur returns to base.

  • We will always quote a fixed time for the journey and do not expect the client to be responsible for any delays incurred en-route.
  • Any expenses incurred in travel from our base in Derby to your vehicle pick up point and return to our base are fully chargeable.
  • Insurance for this service is provided by means of a ‘bolt on’ policy sourced by us or a temporary addition to your own policy which (depending on insurance company may be more cost effective). We pay any insurance excess in the event of accident or claim.
  • Fuel/recharge costs during the journey are at the expense of the client.
  • Minimum Hire Charge 4 hours £120.00 (plus expenses)

This service can be utilised in any way the client desires.

Our main examples are:

  • Transport of vehicle to holiday destination home or abroad.
  • Recovery of clients and vehicle in the case of personal injury or illness.
  • Provision of a chauffeur service for ad-hoc usage whilst attending social or business functions.
  • Excessively long journeys where an expert ‘takes the strain’ and you can sit back and relax.
  • Minimum Hire Charge 4 hours £120.00 (plus expenses)

We can offer a full vehicle transportation service for your vehicle to your destination be it the United Kingdom or further afield.

We will arrange all roadside breakdown assistance during this transportation.

Vehicle Delivery/Collection

We will collect your vehicle from your chosen location, provide a fully bespoke route, provide regular updates and advise of any delays and ensure that your vehicle arrives at a time agreed with you ready for your use on your arrival.

We can even coordinate our arrival to meet you at your chosen airport/seaport allowing you immediate use of your vehicle on your arrival.

If you prefer a more leisurely handover/collection, we can deliver to your residential address or a convenient point at a time specified by you.

At the conclusion of your break, business trip we can arrange return transportation for your vehicle offering the same high level of communication and service.

Case Study One

Client was holidaying in Scotland from their home in London but flying elsewhere direct from their holiday.

The client arranged for the vehicle to be parked at a Scottish International airport.

Our chauffeur collected the vehicle at a predetermined point, ensured safe transfer of the vehicle and all contents to the clients home in London, secured the vehicle and returned to base in Derby.

Total cost £664.00

Cast Study Two

Client travelled to North Wales from home in southeast of England.

Client became unwell whilst on holiday and was unable to drive the vehicle back to their home address.

We arranged to collect the client from their holiday accommodation, drive them safely back to their home address and afterwards our chauffeur returned to our driver hire base in Derby.

Total cost £570.00

A few final notes on our driver hire service

All our expenses are charged at basic cost rate to ourselves. We aim to provide the most cost-effective solution to all our transfer enquiries.

Please be mindful that all our chauffeurs are highly trained. They are fully DBS checked, they all have a proven security enhanced background, and our focus is providing a totally efficient service using only hand-picked personnel.

We do not sub-contract any of this work it is all done in house by our trusted team.
